What do I do if I forget my password?
There is a link below the login area that you can click on in case you forget your password. You will be asked to answer your 2 security questions. Once you answer these questions correctly, you will need to create a new password.
How many attempts do I get to sign in with the wrong password before I get locked out?
You will have 3 attempts before you are locked out of your account. You will then need to have your account reset by the bank.
What do I do if I get locked out of my online banking account?
When you get locked out after your third incorrect attempt, the bank will get a message letting us know that you are locked out. We will automatically clear your account, or if you call the bank, we will
clear your account immediately.
Is Internet Banking safe? Can computer hackers threaten the confidentiality of the transactions and safety of records?
Internet banking is very safe. We have firewalls and encryption codes for financial transactions on the Internet. We have chosen a very secure system for our Internet Banking in order to keep your information private.
Can other people see my account information?
No. Your account information is as secure as it is at your physical bank. We've taken every step possible to be sure our system meets the latest security standards, including using the most up-to-date encryption methods and software.
What will I be able to do with Internet Banking?
You will be able to see all of your accounts, view details, transfer funds, and view past history.
Will there be a time when I will not be able to check on my accounts?
Yes. The site will be down every Wednesday from 5:00 – 7:00 AM CST for weekly backups.
How frequently will my account information be updated?
All customer information will be updated in the morning and again at our 2:00 PM cutoff.
Any transactions occurring after that will go in under the next business day.
